This is the Mexican Pot de Creme... Decadent Chocolate Creme (Like a very dense mousse) topped with a sweet creme sauce flavored with chipoltle peppers... You couldn't taste the peppers until after you swallowed... then your mouth would be a touch warm and smoky from the peppers... amazing!
